About the work

You will be one of the early team members shaping the future of work and helping to innovate the office furniture industry. We operate as an agile and mission-based company with a fast-paced and iterative approach to software development, enabled by short decision-making processes. We believe that delivering a series of small and continuous iterations for new features is the best way to develop software and achieve our goals.


As an Account Executive at nuwo, your mission is to drive revenue and foster customer relationships through proactive sales efforts and exceptional service. You will play a pivotal role in building the team, identifying new prospects, qualifying leads, closing deals, and nurturing existing customer connections.

What you will do
  • tldr: Hunting (identify and approach new prospects), Qualifying (match prospects to our target profile), Closing (pitch, negotiate, sign), Farming (nurture relationships, new opportunities)

  • Identify new prospects and generate interest for our products or services by approaching potential customers in the market

  • Evaluate prospects against our target profile, conducting risk analysis like credit and fraud checks to determine customer viability

  • Devote the majority of your time to closing deals. Develop effective closing strategies, deliver persuasive pitches, write compelling commercial proposals, negotiate prices, and successfully close sales

  • Nurture relationships with our existing customer base. Provide support, resolve queries, identify up-selling opportunities, and maintain strong customer connections

What you will bring
  • Proven success selling across multiple departments and industries, ideally with company-wide adoption

  • Engaged multiple partners throughout the sales cycle, including Legal, IT, Security, Finance, and Procurement

  • Experience collaborating with internal sales teams such as Customer Success Managers

  • Skilled storyteller with the ability to develop relationships with senior managers and the C-suite

  • Experience with large enterprise and strategic accounts

  • Demonstrated career longevity and success with previous companies

  • Understanding of account planning and mutual close plans as drivers of success

  • Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets


  • Fluent German, strong written and spoken communication skills in English

Your Location

This position is Germany - Remote Eligible. The role may include occasional work at a nuwo office or attendance at offsites, as agreed to with your manager.
